Bauwerk Group’s portfolio includes the Bauwerk Parquet and Boen brands, and since May 2022, the North American company Somerset Hardwood Flooring.

Selling some 10.1 million square metres of parquet every year, the group offers a comprehensive product range, including solid, 2-layer, and 3-layer parquet, as well as specialised hardwood floors for sports facilities. It has production plants in Switzerland, Lithuania, Croatia and the US. With the addition of Somerset Hardwood Flooring, Bauwerk Group has reached a turnover of CHF 380 million (incl. Somerset Hardwood Flooring all year), solidifying its position as the market leader in quality parquet.

The group’s head office is located in St. Margrethen, Switzerland. Three state-of-the-art production facilities across Europe, strategically located to accommodate sales and procurement markets, produce genuine wooden floors under the Bauwerk Parquet and Boen brands. The Swiss factory focuses on 2-layer premium parquet. In Kietaviškės, Lithuania, 2-layer, 3-layer parquet and floors for sports facilities are produced. A third facility in Đurđevac, Croatia, mainly produces 3-layer parquet.

Two more locations in the US – Kentucky and Tennessee – produce solid flooring and multi-layer parquet for Somerset Hardwood Flooring.
